Our Story
Nate Ogle and Jeff Reasey began their partnership in real estate, more than a decade ago, while serving together in the US Navy. Little did they know that flying combat missions in the E-2C Hawkeye over the skies of Iraq, would be great training for their future role of managing a small team of tactically proficient real estate professionals.
Sharing a common interest in real estate investment, and being knowledgeable about the Hampton Roads area, they put together a small group of like-minded investors and began accumulating properties. It wasn’t long afterwards that colleagues and shipmates began turning to them for advice and assistance with their properties, as the mortgage crisis of 2008 created numerous, first-time, landlords.
Applying many of the skills and habits, learned while on active duty, to their newly formed company, Patriot Property Management, they soon gained a reputation as trusted, reliable and competitively priced: essentially becoming the go to guys in the Hawkeye community.
Over the years, Patriot has continued to grow into a full-service real estate brokerage, representing buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants. We are uniquely geared to handle property management, listings and sales. In some cases, even selling homes to the same tenants who occupy them.
As a group, we are knowledgeable, enthusiastic and take pride in finding creative solutions to any situation. Add in our insight to the demands and challenges of a military lifestyle, and the result is a highly efficient, dedicated and motivated group that is ready to work for you!

A life-long native of Hampton Roads, Neal was born and raised in Portsmouth, VA. He brings a unique perspective to real estate and property management having practiced law in the Commonwealth of Virginia for over 15 years.
Neal and his wife, Alison, are the proud parents of two children. They enjoy spending time outdoors with their kids and their Labrador retriever, Beau.
Neal is a graduate of Hampden-Sydney College ‘95 and Regent University School of Law ‘98.

As the proud wife of a Navy veteran, Nichol has moved with her husband Grey and their 4 children countless times during his 21-year career. During (and often despite) the numerous moves, she earned her Bachelor of Science in business and then a master’s degree in business administration with a concentration in accounting. Post-retirement, they have settled in Kansas on a 10-acre property running a non-profit business with Grey, roasting and selling coffee for the purpose of raising funds for families who are adopting. Although Nichol works remotely to provide services to Patriot's clients and customers, she travels to the Virginia office once a quarter to maintain customer and company relations. She has been with Patriot Property Management since 2016, serving first as the accountant and later promoted to operations manager and finally as part owner.

Zach Super is one of our property managers and has lived in Hampton Roads his entire life. He received his Bachelor of Science from Old Dominion University. Before joining the Patriot team, he spent five years as a teacher for the Suffolk public school system. Zach is currently working toward becoming a licensed real estate agent. His hobbies include hunting, fishing, fitness and just about anything involving food.

With nearly two decades of experience in the real estate industry, Flo has been a licensed real estate professional since 2006, working across various facets of the business. She has worked as a title underwriter, transaction coordinator, and served on a small real estate team focused on foreclosures. This diverse background gives her a deep understanding of the complexities of real estate transactions. Her well-rounded expertise in buying, selling, and property management ensures she can guide clients thoughtfully and professionally from beginning to end with their real estate goals.
Originally from Philadelphia and now living in Chesapeake with her family, Flo understands the challenges of relocating and is passionate about making transitions seamless for her clients. When she's not helping families find their perfect home, you’ll find her leading Girl Scout adventures and empowering young women through leadership and service.
